With over two decades of experience as a real estate professional, Carriene has brokered six offices and co-owned four brokerages. She broke away from the typical industry model and created Porter One Realty. Porter One Realty is built with only Utah's most accomplished and elite real estate agents. As an advocate for continued growth and knowledge, she has also earned several designations to include: Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR). At Home with Diversity (AHWD), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). Carriene was recently featured in "The Top 100 People in Real Estate" magazine.
Before she started her real estate career, she worked for several years in corporate management and eight years in property management. In 2000 she became a licensed real estate agent and four years later she obtained her Broker's license. "I positively love the real estate industry, and I particularly enjoy helping my clients have an exceptional experience, as they build their wealth through all forms of Real Estate."
In her spare time Carriene loves spending time with her 4 children, their spouses, her 12 grand children and 2 great grand children! She also enjoys camping, traveling, entertaining, and watching a really great movie! She is an avid reader and loves learning as well as reading for entertainment.
